Prosecutions - new files and those that have been declined by other prosecutors. We undertake all litigation (paperwork - including file preparation), issue the summons within 5 days and conduct all advocacy (Court work).
Tribunals - we undertake all litigation (paperwork - including file preparation) and advocacy before the Appeals Service and Commissioner on HB/CTB matters.
Training - on any area within the criminal investigation and procedure arena. We also train LA staff how to prepare and present HB/CTB fraud cases to Court themselves.
Consulting - we review your procedures and techniques and provide alternatives where necessary.
